A happi like the Chef Jacket Okishimappu is a kind of jacket, traditional of Japan, usually designed in cotton that usually is printed a badge in it known as mon or kamon. The happi is normally used by Japanese Chefs.
Originally the happis showed the Mon or symbols of the families when they were taken by the servants of the house, later they began to print on them the mon of organizations and commercial stores.
